 Jeff
Robinson | Director
Jeff’s passion is to mentor worship leaders, and to help
the local church worship department achieve their finest
for the One deserving of Worship. He has served several
churches over the last seventeen years as worship pastor
and in the role of pastoral care. Jeff has led worship,
directed choirs and orchestras, ministered and traveled
across the county. He has also written and recorded
several songs for worship, and is in the process of
publishing several books designed for Worshipers. Jeff is
an ordained minister who studied music at Samford
University, and earned his degree from Santa Fe College.
 Amelia
Robinson | Administrative Coordinator
We all know that the preparation behind the scenes can
make or break a Church Worship Service! Amelia has served
as a music department/church administrator for several
years. She serves as proof that the administrative work
that goes into any ministry is yet another form of true
worship. She simultaneously serves as C.O.O. of the
Robinson household. Her expertise in this multitasking is
the oil that keeps the machine that is Doorkeeper moving.
 Marvelyne
Adams | Seminar Session Instructor
A gifted singer and songwriter, Marvelyne has written a
number of songs, and co-written with such artists as
Martha Munizzi, and Mary Alessi. Having served as a
worship leader, Marvelyne understands the needs of a
worship leader in a real-world setting. She not only
serves as one of Doorkeeper’s instructors, but is also the
Director of The Institute for Worship.
 Barry
Bailey | Technical Advisor/Seminar Session Instructor
What would you give for a good soundman? This is often
one of the most challenging positions on a Worship Team to
fill! Having worked in church ministries and mainstream
settings as a professional audio/visual engineer, as well
as producing music projects and television shows, he
brings solid information, as well as the heart of a
servant. He serves as advisor for all things technical at
Doorkeeper. He owns his own production company, The
Destiny Group, which specializes in media consulting, as
well as producing quality Christian programming. His
technical expertise is a tremendous resource.
 Tammy
Bailey | Seminar Session Instructor
An accomplished singer, Tammy has served in various
church music departments of different types and sizes,
gaining an acute insight into what it takes to build a
successful worship department … from the choir loft. What
sets Tammy apart from other great singers is that she is a
true worshipper. Her understanding of servanthood makes
her an invaluable asset to worship team members and
leaders alike. Tammy serves as one of Doorkeeper’s seminar
instructors.
